We inspect the upholstery to identify the fabric type, condition, spots, and areas of concern. This helps us determine the safest and most effective cleaning method for your furniture.

Pre-Treatment

We apply the appropriate cleaning solution to loosen embedded soil, body oils, spots, and other contaminants, paying special attention to high-use areas such as armrests, seats, and headrests.

Agitation

When needed, we gently agitate the fabric with the appropriate upholstery brush to help loosen stubborn soil and improve the effectiveness of the cleaning process.

Rinse & Extraction

We rinse and extract the upholstery using hot water extraction and professional upholstery equipment to remove loosened soil, contaminants, and cleaning solution while minimizing excess moisture. Your furniture is then left to dry.

John did a fabulous job in our newly acquired house, we worked with John on cleaning the existing carpet, tile & grout and upholstery. Surface area over 1700sq ft, 6pc sectional, ottoman and armchair; there was some really heavy staining all around the floor however thanks to John, carpets and tiles look fresh, clean, and almost brand new again. John with 2M cleaning was great, they protected our baseboards in our new home for the extractor hoses to avoid damage (very professional) and they were in and out in 1 hour.
