Best Carpet Cleaning Service in florida

Carpets have many perks, but they also have one major drawback: they must be kept clean on a routine basis. Why? For a variety of reasons, including their greater propensity to become pigmented and absorb foul odors, as well as their tendency to become dull and stained if not properly cared for.

HWE Cleaning

Step 1 Inspection

We accompany the client to view all the areas that need to be cleaned. We identify the type of carpet, the condition and look for spots and areas of increased traffic. During this inspection, we constantly explain to our customer what the best way to clean is and give suggestions if need be.

Step 2 Grooming

Before we vacuum, we use a special tool to groom the carpets. This lifts and separates the carpet fibers to improve airflow and allow for a deeper and thorough vacuuming to recover the dirt and fine dust particles.

Step 3 Vacuum

Using a professional vacuum cleaner with high efficiency filters, we remove as much soil, dirt and dust from the carpet preparing it for a better result at the time of extraction with hot water.

Step 4 Pre-Spray

After we have vacuumed the carpet, we apply one of our eco-friendly cleaning products that breaks, suspends and dissolves the dirt in the carpet. There are times where we will use spotters for the harder stains.

Step 5 Agitation

After a few minutes of dwell time, it is time to use the brush machine (CRB). This helps to spread and agitate the product evenly through all the fibers of the carpet and in turn lifts them so we can provide a better rinsing and effective extraction in the next step.

Step 6 Hot Water Extraction

Once we finish the agitation, it’s time to rinse with hot water extraction. We inject hot water at a high pressure in conjunction with a rinse solution into the carpet and automatically suck it out along with all the residue from the carpet. This way we ensure that the carpet is free from all dirt and debris.

Step 7 Post Cleaning Inspection

As the last step, we make our final rounds with the customer of all the areas that we cleaned to ensure that everything is approved, they are satisfied and we respond to any last questions our customer may have.

Pet Urine Treatment

  • Inspection with UV light
  • Identify urine stains
  • Apply product to eliminate bacteria that cause malodor (eco-friendly)
  • Eliminate the stains, malodor and rinse with sub floor extraction tool (urine, feces, vomit)
When pet accidents occur, generally most of the time, the animal fluids do not stay on the surface of the carpet but descend to the pad of the carpet and deposit bacteria and contaminants that cause the bad smell. Often, they leave traces on the surface of the carpet leaving visible spots to the human eye, but that’s not always the case.

Our UV lamp inspection allows us to locate and identify the areas where those contaminants are hiding. Next we apply a special enzyme product to eliminate the contaminate and directly attack the bacteria that causes the foul smell. We saturate the area with the appropriate amount and wait for a significant dwell time for the product to break down the stains.

Now it is time to extract using a subfloor extraction tool with high power suction to ensure that the extraction happens from deep down at the pad. Lastly, we apply a neutralizing agent and rinse the entire area. Once all the contamination has been extracted, we make sure to dry the area well to avoid leaving any kind of residue.

Carpet Deodorization and Sanitation Cleaning

When abrasive particles are eliminated on a regular basis, any carpet will last longer. Our carpet deodorization and sanitation cleaning method eliminates more than just the dirt and other fragments that cause your carpet to wear out. Many of the disease-causing organisms that thrive in your carpet will also be eliminated by our cleaning system. The best services, such as 2M Carpet Cleaning, provide carpet deodorization and sanitation while using only eco-friendly products.

Steam Cleaning

This is the technique of carpet cleaning suggested by the majority of carpet manufacturers. Hot water is poured on the carpet and then sucked back into the machine, along with any dirt that was on the carpet, in the steam cleaning method. A cleaning solution is usually added to the water to aid in the removal of stains and soiling. Today, it is broadly acknowledged that the term “steam cleaning” refers to hot water extraction, which is the most common carpet cleaning method. This produces astonishing results making your carpets look like new.

Stain resistant Treatment

Our stain resistant treatment makes it much easier to keep your upholstery, carpets, and fine fabrics looking new and clean. Our treatments have no effect on the weight, appearance, feel, or color of the fabric, and they protect it from soil, stains, and spills. We help reduce the risk of satins on carpet and safeguard the carpet.

2M provided not only provided great service but they were customer friendly and efficient. They placed guards under my furniture legs which I really appreciated since they were called because the A/C unit overflowed and soiled the carpet and damaged the dresser legs. Now everything is Clean & Fresh and my standard of living is restored. Thanks 2M 👍
