Carpet Cleaning
Carpets have many perks, but they also have one major drawback: they must be kept clean on a routine basis. Why? For a variety of reasons, including their greater propensity to become pigmented and absorb foul odors, as well as their tendency to become dull and stained if not properly cared for.

Carpet Steam Cleaning
Inspection
We accompany the client to view all the areas that need to be cleaned. We identify the type of carpet, the condition and look for spots and areas of increased traffic. During this inspection, we constantly explain to our customer what the best way to clean is and give suggestions if need be.
Vacuum
Using a professional vacuum cleaner with high efficiency filters, we remove as much soil, dirt and dust from the carpet preparing it for a better result at the time of extraction with hot water.
Pre-Spray
After we have vacuumed the carpet, we apply one of our eco-friendly cleaning products that breaks, suspends and dissolves the dirt in the carpet. There are times where we will use spotters for the harder stains.
Agitation
After a few minutes of dwell time, it is time to use the brush machine (CRB). This helps to spread and agitate the product evenly through all the fibers of the carpet and in turn lifts them so we can provide a better rinsing and effective extraction in the next step.
Carpet Steam Cleaning
Once we finish the agitation, itβs time to rinse with steam carpet cleaning. We inject hot water at a high pressure in conjunction with a rinse solution into the carpet and automatically suck it out along with all the residue from the carpet. This way we ensure that the carpet is free from all dirt and debris.
Post Cleaning Inspection
As the last step, we make our final rounds with the customer of all the areas that we cleaned to ensure that everything is approved, they are satisfied and we respond to any last questions our customer may have.

Pet Urine Treatment
When pet accidents occur, generally most of the time, the animal fluids do not stay on the surface of the carpet but descend to the pad of the carpet and deposit bacteria and contaminants that cause the bad smell. Often, they leave traces on the surface of the carpet leaving visible spots to the human eye, but thatβs not always the case.
With UV light inspection we locate and identify the areas where those contaminants are hiding. Next we apply a special enzyme product to eliminate the contaminate and directly attack the bacteria that causes the foul smell. We saturate the area with the appropriate amount and wait for a significant dwell time for the product to break down the stains.
Now it is time to extract using a sub floor extraction tool with high power suction to ensure that the extraction happens from deep down at the pad. Lastly, we apply a neutralizing agent and rinse the entire area. Once all the contamination has been extracted, we make sure to dry the area well to avoid leaving any kind of residue.
